Part Time Finance Administration Assistant – Fixed Term Maternity Cover (9 Months)

Local Link Cavan Monaghan (Cavan Monaghan Transport Coordination Unit CLG) are responsible for managing rural passenger transport on behalf of the National Transport Authority and a large volume of health care transport in Cavan and Monaghan.

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administration Assistant to join our team at our offices in Clones, Co. Monaghan, for a fixed term of 9 months maternity cover.

Main duties to include but not limited to:
To assist the Finance Administrator in the daily financial duties of the organisations.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Minimum Leaving Certificate/QQI Level 5 Administration
  • Previous experience in Sage/Surf accounting software essential
  • Experience in Month End procedures – debtors/creditors and Bank reconciliations and journals
  • Previous experience in advanced MS Excel
